Support the US Import booking process by acting as a link between the Pricing and Booking team and the Operations team. The role is responsible for performing system-related functions and tasks within the booking process, ensuring key data is available and accurate to support shipment visibility and downstream task management.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
• Consolidate bookings into shipments in the CargoWise module.
• Ensure Carrier booking numbers and related data are received and entered into CargoWise, requesting information from carriers and agents as needed.
• Monitor container in-gate information to support the Pricing team with accurate ocean freight rating.
• Maintain the integrity of departure date and first load port data.
• Perform day-to-day tasks within the designated workflow.
• Manage the designated Inbox, when applicable.
• Support pricing data management in the system.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Advanced Level in English.
- Detail oriented.
- Efficiency in time management.
- Studying or graduated in university courses related to Foreign Trade, logistics or International Relations.
