\At MJV, we’re looking for a hands-on specialist to take Copilot agents from “working” to business-ready. You’ll be embedded with a leading global consumer goods client, working side by side with business stakeholders to improve existing Microsoft Copilot agents and shape a scalable evolution roadmap.
What you’ll do
\Collect issues and improvement requests, and prioritize them against target business outcomes;
\Diagnose agent behavior and refine instructions, conversation flows, knowledge sources and supported actions;
\Improve reliability through better responses and exception handling;
\Review data sources, retrieval behavior, freshness and response traceability to strengthen grounding
\Run scenario-based tests with business users and review results with business owners;
\Document improvements, track versions and maintain the evolution backlog;
\Deliver refined agents, a prioritized backlog, test evidence and technical recommendations.
What we’re looking for
\Hands-on experience configuring and refining agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (instructions, topics, knowledge sources and supported actions);
\Strong prompt engineering and conversational design skills;
\Experience optimizing agent behavior to improve accuracy, reliability and user experience;
\Experience with enterprise knowledge sources, retrieval mechanisms and data grounding;
\Ability to evaluate agent performance, troubleshoot issues and run scenario-based testing;
\Business-oriented problem solving and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders;
\Advanced English (spoken and written), as you’ll communicate with stakeholders in English every day;
\Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (South Zone).
