Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Test Coordinator with strong experience in Workday HCM and Payroll testing to coordinate testing activities across multiple countries in a global implementation program. The professional will be responsible for managing test phases from configuration and integration testing through end-to-end testing and UAT, monitoring test progress and defects, administering JIRA, and ensuring testing readiness and formal sign-off ahead of go-live.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Workday projects;
- Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll testing;
- Proven experience administering JIRA, including configuration, workflows, dashboards, and user/license administration;
- Solid testing experience across Configuration/Unit Testing (CUT), Systems Integration Testing (SIT),
- End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT/URR);
- Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple countries or business units in a global program environment;
- Experience with defect/bug triage, test progress tracking, and test reporting;
- Strong knowledge of test coordination, execution, and sign-off processes within large ERP, HCM, or Payroll programs.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams;
- Proactive approach to identifying risks, escalating blockers, and ensuring testing milestones are met;
